Since the company’s inception, RH has grown into a diverse multi-team construction and development firm with over 30 permanent in-house employees covering all the key trades, alongside a network of trusted industry professionals working across architecture, interiors and construction. Russell remains at the forefront of RH and is the leading voice in all aspects of the business, bringing his continuing drive and passion to the thriving RH brand.
In addition to spearheading RH, Russell hosts his own podcast series The Journey which invites key figureheads in all aspects of business to share their journeys to success. Russell is also the founder of RH Studios, a multi-purpose fitness studio in South London.
